The Brava® System Experience

To use the Brava Breast Enhancement and Shaping System, a woman can order her System by either calling Brava, the company, direct (1-800-422-5350) or by meeting with an Authorized Brava Physician in her area for an initial consultation. The physician and his staff can answer questions about the use and operation of the system and evaluate the patient to determine if the System is appropriate for her.

The Brava System is shipped either directly to her home or delivered to the physician's office. The complete system includes two pairs of domes, a controller box (SmartBox™), a sports bra and tote bag, and instructional material. The Brava Starter System contains all the components as its sister product, only it includes one set of domes. (Additional dome sets may be purchased as needed.) To monitor progress, the system offers a complimentary on-line component that enables both physician and user to access usage patterns and information. Access to their information is achieved by logging on to the "Member Information" section of the Web site, www.brava.com, and entering a secure PIN access code. Only the individual's data is displayed. Any modification to her usage pattern can be addressed immediately.

To achieve long lasting results, each Brava users needs to complete at least ten-hours per day over a minimum of ten weeks of use. Time of use needed can vary per individual due to biological differences and the amount of growth desired. The Brava User controls when enough growth is achieved. Additional clinical studies showed that the more a woman wears Brava the more she will grow.

The system is most often worn at night and while the woman is sleeping; however, a number of women report wearing the System during the day. It is up to the individual as long as they are able to wear the System for at least 10 hours each day. The System is painless, but does take some adjusting to during the first week of use. One may need to adjust their sleeping position if they do not normally sleep on their back. After completing the ten-week program minimum, women who followed the protocol experienced an average increase of approximately one-cup size. Results vary. Brava Users report growth from 1/2 to up to 2-cup sizes. The more you wear the Brava System, the more you will grow.

Results From Clinical Trials

In clinical trials, women who used the Brava System for the prescribed ten-week, ten-hour-a-day period experienced a gradual and lasting increase in breast tissue of about 100cc - approximately one cup size - as measured 18 months after they had stopped wearing the system. A proportionate enlargement of both the adipose (fat) and fibroglandular (breast) tissue, with no edema (swelling), was confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

Studies into the psychological benefits of non-surgical breast augmentation revealed that all participants reported a significant increase in self-esteem following the use of the Brava System. Women also stated that they were able to fit wearing the Brava System into their schedules.
